Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still be eligible for a refund under our 10-Day Refund Policy.
2. 10-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 10-day refund policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms:
Eligibility for Refund:
To qualify for a refund, the item must:
- Be returned within 10 calendar days from the delivery date
- Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accident
- Products with signs of wear or tampering
- Software or digital products once activated
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
3. Refund Process
- Contact our support team to request a return authorization
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection
- If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer free replacements or exchanges, subject to stock availability.
